The Harding’s Calling

Early Years

Nathan and Jodee Harding were married in 1997 and have dedicated their lives to serving God. They are enjoying the time God has given them together. Nathan and Jodee have always been willing to work for God. Nathan served as a minister while Jodee supported her husband and filled in anytime something needed to be done. They cleaned the worship house, mowed the grass, operated the sound and recording equipment, and played musical instruments in the worship services for many years.

The Commision

In November 2001, Nathan received an ecclesiastical endorsement to serve as a chaplain from Pastor G. William Harding, under whom he mentored for 30 years. In 2007, Pastor Nathan and Jodee were called by God to pursue their commission and establish a place of worship where people are encouraged to seek eternal life in Almighty God. The Richwood congregation and the ministry again acknowledged God’s ordination on him and his wife in 2010. In 2023 they and a faithful group of saints founded the Palominas Chapel church of God in Palominas, Arizona, with a vision to begin an annual meeting with food and lodging.

Background & Education

During his three years with the State of Ohio Security Forces, Nathan served as Interim Chaplain and later as a law enforcement chaplain for a local health organization. In 2021, he celebrated his 20th-year ordination. Pastor Nathan has completed the Dimensions of the Faith program at the Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He also earned a theological Master of Bible Studies and a regionally accredited Master of Arts in Leadership from Liberty University. In 2022. Nathan earned a Doctor of Executive Leadership from the University of Charleston.

Personal

Dr. Harding is a full-time pastor by vocation and a higher education professor with a DEAC college by occupation. Jodee is a program specialist at a telecommunications company. These positions offer flexibility, allowing them to minister more easily to the congregation. Nathan and Jodee like meeting new people. Jodee enjoys writing recipes, quilting, and playing the piano, while Nathan spends his free time writing, working on projects around the house, or fixing things for others. They also enjoy gardening and the outdoors: hiking, fishing, campfires, and scenic trips.
